In late 2022 it was revealed that LeBron James’ 2% stake in Liverpool F.C. would partner with Nike Air Max 1 for a stunning collaborative venture.
After the LeBron 9 Low was re-released in September with its reversed design showcasing vibrant teal tones, a bold red iteration has been designed to honour James’ 2011 collaboration with Nike for the Nike LeBron 20.
This silhouette is just as impactful as the Olive Green effort, featuring an all-encompassing suede wash and a quarter overlay. Its tongue consists of split leather, and its tooling has been woven with tight precision. Altogether, this model updates a tried-and-true classic design for modern times.
Similar to the Nike Kobe 9 High KRM EXT “Red Mamba”, this silhouette also sports a vibrant crimson red hue and two double-stacked Swooshes adorned with a snakeskin textile. This two-toned ensemble features a pitch-black hue as its secondary embellishment against its exterior Check.
Furthermore, golden dubraes complement the Pitch-Dark shade of the seldom lace stitching and semi-translucent tread underfoot. Both are accented by a Liverpool F.C. badge on the heel for an extra touch of finesse.
